Manage Profile/Studio
When you click on MyFuzzB and enter your Studio/Profile Management Area, you may feel overwhelmed at first. You can access all of your FuzzB functions from this area so get used to it!
The left side of your page has all of your update functions and the right side contains information about your membership profile.
View Your Public Studio
Your public studio is the page that your friends and customers view when they visit your FuzzB page. Click on View Public Studio to see what they see!
View and Add Photos
When you add photos to your profile, a new link will appear on the top left side under your member name (to the right of the View Studio link). Click on this link to view your albums and photos.
To add photos to your profile, click the Expand Album/Avatar button and under My Photo Albums, add to current album, create a new album and add your pictures.
Email/Studio Messages
To view and send emails:
- Go to your MyFuzzB page.
- Click on the Studio Messages box.
- Click on the link in the Subject column to read and reply.
Admin Updates/Buzz Alerts
Keep track of what's happening on FuzzB. Updates notices are emailed to your membership account email and you can also view them here.
Album and Avatar Area
Click on this button from your MyFuzzB profile page to add/upload photos and change your avatar.
Expand Personal Info Area
Click on this button to update and add information to your profile. Be sure to update each box when you are done with your entry as the site only saves one box at a time
- Profile Photo – click browse to find a new avatar image and click update photo.
- Profile Header – Upload an image (max size is 980x200 pixels) to be displayed on your studio page.
- My Other Profiles – Add links to your other networking sites.
- About Me – Tell us about yourself and/or your business.
- My Stuff Box – Add html code to display images.
- General – Update/add information such as your display name, website url, name, address, date of birth and profile category.
- Classmate Hookup Details – Add education.
- Business Directory Info
- Love and Family Details
- Email Address – This is your FuzzB sign up address and the email we send announcements to.
- Password – Change your FuzzB login password.
- Profile Comment Settings – Update your comment acceptance and approval rules.
- Photo Comment Settings – Update who can comment on your photos.
- Receive Messages – Limit to friends only – default is everyone.
- Custom URL – Add a name and use this as your FuzzB personal page link (www.fuzzb.com/mysite) to take friends and customers directly to your profile page or store.
Studio Style Input Area
This area allows you to change the look of your studio page and requires a bit of knowledge with html (or you can cut and paste existing style code and templates here). There are two links at the top of the box.
- Browse Templates – click link to go to the templates page, find a new design and get help.
- Profile Backgrounds – click link view available backgrounds.
- Paste the template or background code into the white box and click the Update Layout to save changes.
Manage Store-Shopping
Here you will find quick shortcuts to the most commonly used Store - Shopping area items. Click on the main link to go to your marketplace members areawhere you manage all your account settings, buying and selling information.
Refer Friends/Import Contacts
Quick links to help you invite friends and send emails to your contacts.
- Refer Friends – click this link to go to our refer page and send announcements to friends.
- Import Contacts – click this link to import your contacts from Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo.
Communicate with Blogs and Chatter
Did you know that you can post your own blogs and chatter on FuzzB? It's a great way to socialize and promote your store.
Add/View Blog Post
- Go to your MyFuzzB Page and scroll down the left side until you see the View My Blog box.
- Click the New Blog button, enter your title and information.
- Choose who can see the blog (default is all members, or click Only Friends) and click the Post Blog button.
- View your blog post on the community page, blog page, and on your profile in your Blog post area.
Add/View Chatter
The Chatterbox is a quick way of communicating with FuzzB members and friends -- kind of like a Twitter inside our network. This is where you can view your followers and add new friends to follow.
- Go to your MyFuzzB Page and scroll down the left side until you see the Chatterbox.
- Type in a brief message and click Post.
- View your followers and friends you follow by clicking the links below the text box.
- View your chatters on the community page, chatterbox page, and on your profile.
Update Profile and Marketplace Category
Choose the area in which you want your profile and products to be displayed. Go to your MyFuzzB profile page and choose a category from the drop down menu.
Sell Adspace
This area allows you to place advertisement code from services such as Google AdSense (and many others) onto your profile, so that you can earn money from your traffic. In order to use this feature, you must add funds to your account -- go to your member management area, click on My Account, Manage Account and then refer to the Add Credit box.
Bulletins/Comments
Send a bulletin to your friends or leave them a happy comment. On your MyFuzzB profile page, scroll down the left column to the Latest Bulletins box and click the blue button to add or view your friend's bulletins. Comments are thoughts you leave on profile pages -- welcome a new member or say hi to a friend.
Add Coupons/Events
List a coupon or event invitation to your friends. On your MyFuzzB page, scroll to the Latest Store Coupons and Latest Events and click the blue button below each box to add your information.
Add Videos/Commercials
Easily add a video by going to your MyFuzzB profile page. There on the right side you will see the box called "Social Networking" Scroll to "Upload New Video" click that link and upload your videos and or commercials from there.
Add Gateway Widgets/Code
You must first sign up for a Gateway account before this will appear. In your MyFuzzB profile on the right hand side at the top, your Gateway box will appear. Add your html and widget code for other selling networks in this space and your items will show up on your profile page and simple store gateway page.
Friends/Fave Stores and Videos
When you add a friend, fave a store or video, your saved items will appear on your MyFuzzB profile page on the right hand side. As you move through the FuzzB network, meeting friends and shopping, you will notice buttons to add friends, fave stores/videos -- this is the place they appear.
